Dr. Saad has a very interesting history. He served as a personal pediatric plastic surgeon for the Saudi Royal. He was chosen because he spoke Arabic as well as English and he also happened to be the board-certified surgeon in the United States.
During his term for the Saudi family, he lived in the city of Riyadh with his family for a duration of almost five years. It was a good experience for him and his family, but he eventually moved back to the United States to continue his practice. It was a wonderful experience but also hard and demanding on his family life as well.
Dr. Saad was not randomly picked for such a role, but instead, his education and background were ultimately the reasons why he ended up fulfilling such a cause. He was born in Palestine and raised in Kuwait. He had seven siblings, and he earned his medical degree from the Cairo University located in Egypt. He ranked second in his class, and he graduated with honors. He finished his internship in England and moved to the US where he completed his residency in surgery and is Board-certified in Pediatric Surgery.
Dr. Saad performed surgery on the youngest baby ever admitted with an aneurysm, and the surgery was a success. His procedure was even recorded in order to educate other surgeons on the procedure.
Dr. Saad is respected for what he has done and for who he is. He is also very compassionate and has a soft spot in his heart for the poor since he himself comes from humble beginnings. He has completed four Medical Missions in the United States and eight in Jerusalem and the West Bank. He has performed countless surgeries on poor children who could not have otherwise afforded to have the complex surgeries done.
Dr. Saad is not only an accomplished surgeon, but he is also an inventor. He is always trying to make improvements to the instruments used in surgical procedures, and well as the procedures themselves, and has patented two inventions.
He also made it possible for the Surgical Residency Program to be available for Saudi students and made it possible for surgeons in England to obtain their UK certification while at home in Saudi Arabia. Now students do not have to train abroad, and it makes life much easier for them.
Dr. Saad has been a practicing surgeon for 34 years and specializes in thoracic surgery as well as pediatric surgery. He strongly believes that it is crucial and important for everyone to receive the best of care despite their financial situation or any other distinguishing factors and treats his patients as if they are his own family.
