de Jeu starts off by explaining a vast overview of the real estate market and its growing accessibility including possibly getting started by investing small amounts of money to where even the average person will face little difficulty getting started. de Jeu also discuss inflation protection, another deterrent that has repelled potential investors due to the volatile housing bubble seen in the past. de Jeu recommends commercial real estate due to high appreciation rates outpacing concurrent inflation rates. The importance of diversification is stressed upon as one should not wholly depend on only one strategy in case plans change and also possessing the ability to unleash an investment’s full potential.
