Mr. Arthur described SoHo as one of the most charming streets citing it as one of the reasons he was interested in owning the three townhouses. Mr. Arthur alongside, JDS Development Group, invested in Property Markets Group and AmBase Corp. at 111 West 57th Street, which is also in the New York City. His foray into the real investment in the New York City is projected to give him more fortune additive to the one he amassed while in the tech industry.
